Real stays, real stories at Stock Gaylard Glamping
At Stock Gaylard Glamping, we love welcoming guests who want to slow down, reconnect, and enjoy the countryside. From family holidays and group getaways to hen and stag celebrations, our peaceful Dorset setting offers space, comfort, and freedom to relax and have fun together.
We’re especially known for our secluded location with very low light pollution, making it easy to enjoy clear night skies, stargazing, and even views of the Milky Way. Add comfortable beds, well‑equipped facilities, firepits, BBQs, and plenty of room for children (and adults!) to be themselves, and it’s easy to see why so many guests return year after year.

Hen-Do Glamping – July 2025
We had the best time and would highly recommend it. There were eight of us on a hen do for our dear niece and it couldn’t have been more perfect. We stayed in all four yurts and made the most of the outdoor bath, BBQ and firepit.
We loved the kitchen and bathroom facilities, everything was well set up and easy to use. The beds were comfy, the surroundings were beautiful, and we spent our evenings stargazing, sharing campfire stories and enjoying lots of girlie giggles.
Thank you so much for looking after us — we had a wonderful stay.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Family Stay – August 2025
We first came to Stock Gaylard in 2024 for four days and loved it so much that we returned in 2025 for a full seven‑day stay.
The staff are friendly and helpful, the accommodation is clean, and the facilities are spotless — we especially loved the new showers and toilets. The location is great and feels wonderfully peaceful.
It’s the perfect place to switch off, relax, and spend quality time with family. We honestly don’t want to leave — until next time!

The Youngs x9 go glamping
We’ve had such fun! The sun shone for the whole three days, and we’ve made the most of every moment. This morning we gathered around the firepit for our final breakfast, all with sad faces because we really don’t want to leave.
It’s been a wonderful, playful outdoor weekend and a trip we’ll all remember fondly.

Comfy beds, perfect views, beautifully secluded, and great for noisy kids. Everything was lovely and clean and very well equipped.

I came here for my stag do and it was a complete surprise location — we’ve absolutely loved it. The location is amazing and the facilities are excellent, and despite the weather we still had a wonderful time.
We had the firepit going every night, and the views of the stars were incredible — we could even see the Milky Way.
Five stars all round.
